Is that E? What if in this age of the ever-expanding world of cyberspace, I’m missing the ride in the information highway? My life could’ve been more boring. But this is a non-stop ride. Information explosion and countless leaps through the net are inevitable. They are but a lurking enigma behind our very minds. The world wide web is nothing but a bottomless gulf. To cut it short, what would I become without www in my life?
I should’ve bumped my head for not even caring to know what CHAT means. Well, it means Conversational Hypertext Access Technology. I’m not a chat addict but if you are looking for some virtual meeting places of the sane and the insane people, then maybe you can choose from the following: MSNM(msn messenger) – to ang opisyal na gamit sa office, no choice eh. Oks to dahil may display picture yung latest version na wala sa YM at may conference room din. YM(yahoo messenger) – to naman ang mas gusto ko gamitin dahil mas popular ‘to at mas marami ang gumagamit kesa sa MSN. Oks din dahil may conference room kaso nakafirewall sa office hehehe. ICQ(I Seek You) – may maganda syang search engine for finding a particular user. Mas mabagal nga lang compared to MSN and YM. Mainam din ‘to kasi nakakapagtext ka to smart numbers. MIRC(Internet Relay Chat) – marami din gumagamit nito. Maraming channels, pero hindi ko sya type…..hehehe AOL(America Online) – pang Americans ba to, kaya America Online sya? Maganda dito kasi naa-add mo yung contacts mo sa ICQ or sa YM kaya pag online sila dun, online din sila dito. PALTALK – dito ata uso yung kantahan at videoke maliban sa YM. May videocam and file sharing din, tama ba? CHIKKA – hindi ‘to pang-chat, pangtext lang sya. Kung wala ka load, download ka na nito at mas ok kasi pwede ka magtext to smart or globe users unlike ICQ na pwede to smart users lang ‘Yan lang po ang alam ko so far. Basta hindi talaga ako mahilig magchat….hehehe, curious lang. As a matter of fact pampabagal lang ng pc yang mga yan kaya dinelete ko na ibang programs, pero syempre hindi lahat…..*beam* Posted at 4:10 pm by harbinger
